At Bristol 24/7 Mobile Tyres Ltd, we take pride in providing quality workmanship and reliable service. We want you to be completely satisfied with the work carried out. Please read our refund policy carefully.

 

Workmanship Refunds

Refunds will only be considered where poor workmanship can be clearly demonstrated and verified. If you believe the work carried out was substandard, please contact us within 14 days of the service with full details, including evidence of the issue.

We will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, offer a remedy, which may include rectification of the issue or a partial/full refund. Any unauthorised work carried out by third parties may void any claim for refund.

 

Product Warranties

Any products we supply, including tyres, brakes, or exhaust components, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties are handled directly by the manufacturers, and any issues or faults must be taken up with them as per their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for product faults outside of fitting or installation.

 

Your Rights Under UK Trading Standards

Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill. For goods, you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows you to seek remedies if an item is faulty or not as described.
